This was the first time we used Jack Lehr. Dane came right on time. He was polite and professional and answered all of our questions. While servicing HV/AC the condensate pump was not working, so a new one was installed. Great job. We will have him back for our next maintenance.
Dane came today and we booked our next service with him as well. Respectful of property, thorough and just a nice guy. Jack Lehr hires the good ones.
We had our bi-annual system maintenance performed today by Quinton. He was courteous and professional. We appreciated that when he was finished he explained to us the work he had performed and the results which were within a normal range. On past visits the service technician usually did not give a detailed explanation. Our kudos to Quinton.
Just had my furnace serviced by Manny. Great experience! He was knowledgable, provided suggestions, area was clean when he was finished and he answered all my questions. Would highly recommend!
