Thanks to Steve for the first scheduled maintenance on my year-old mini splits. He was an absolute pro. Thoroughly went through each unit, made sure they were operating at peak level and gave them a cleaning. Guy even turned down a tip! Class act! So far it's been nothing but positive experiences and outstanding communication with JL.
Excellent customer service and reasonable pricing. Explained a few things to keep my system running efficiently. I highly recommend!
We were extremely satisfied with the service we received from our Technician Manny. He was friendly, professional, thorough, respectful of our home and honest. During his maintenance check he discovered a faulty capacitor. He gave us the facts and the cost and it was our decision to change it. He also explained the need to seal an area where the lines entered the house. Again gave us the facts and cost. He also took care of that for us. He took photos of the completed work and included them with the invoice sent to my email so I have on them record. It was a pleasure to have such an efficient job done by such a nice person. And our dogs loved him as well! Thank you!
Jack Lehr has been great. They installed our heat pump last year and its been a life saver. Recently, we had a service visit from Dario @ Jack Lehr and he was awesome. Informed, attentive to details, and answered all our questions. Highly recommend Dario @ Jack Lehr!

We had our annual service visit for our heat pump system. Manny was the tech. He did a very thorough job. He completely evaluated the system, cleaned both inside and outside coils, replaced the filter, and cleaned out the drain trap. He was very easy to deal with and patiently answered all our questions. We have dealt with 3 other HVAC companies over the years, and Jack Lehr stands out above the rest!
Manny was very nice and courteous. He explained things to me and was very patient. Work was very thorough!
In all my remodeling projects over many years, I have never experienced a more professional, friendly, competent and organized crew!! From the initial contact with the office staff, to the consultation with Colt, the electrical work with Leno and Scott, and the AC install crew, Travis, Snap, Todd, Hunter and Ajay, I was totally impressed and trusted these folks with a major home improvement project! I could not have been more pleased and would recommend this company for any and all electrical, heating and cooling needs for your home or office or commercial projects! I'll be calling them again soon for some additional small electrical work I need to have done. Out of five stars, these folks are a ten!! Thank you all for all your hard work and friendly demeanor. Ismael Cruz was/is an outstanding service technician. His expertise was quite evident as he evaluated and fixed our heating system.
