I chose Jack Lehr to install a new A/C system in my home and I'm glad I did, they delivered everything they promised and then some. The install techs were knowledgeable friendly and professional. They cleaned up the mess explained how everything works and checked for satisfaction. All the paperwork was completed including, permits and rebates. Doug from sales was very knowledgeable and was completely honest and even delivered two window units to get us through the days leading up to the install. Doug kept in touch and followed up after the job was done. I recommend Jack Lehr for all your home cooling and heating needs.
I have been using Jack Lehr for my Trane HVAC system for over 20 years. I have always received good service. This was just a semi annual checkup. I was also having a problem with my humidifier and they fixed it at no additional charge.
Workpersons are always courteous and very punctual. I've never had an issue with them. They do their job and explain what they've done to the system. Definitely recommend.

When the temperature dropped below freezing and our heat pump went out, Jack Lehr went above and beyond to get it back running. Jon Hammett was able to arrive the night before Christmas Eve in which my family is grateful and will continue to rely on for all HVAC needs!
Mark, the technician performed a thorough check of our HVAC system. He noticed the air handler in the attic was leaking air. He took care of the issue. Our system seems to be working better and more efficiently now than it was before. The heat pump is running less. Plus he took the time to replace our filter. Very happy with Mark and with Jack Lehr as a company.
