The young man who came was knowledgeable, polite, efficient and pleasant, including the wearing of booties. It was a great first encounter with a Jack Lehr employee.

Ryan the serviceman for our ac checkup was very knowledgeable and took the time in a patient manner to answer my questions with the thermostats and seemed more knowledgeable particularly with the minisplit unit. I give him anA plus compared to past experience.
