Johnathan serviced my dehumidifier today 1/28/25. He was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He also offered the yearly maintenance program to me which I purchased. Johnathan at that point was available to do a combustion service on my gas furnace. So, kudos to Johnathan as he was able to start a service contract while accomplishing two services in one maintenance visit. A very good use of time resulting in a satisfied customer. Please give Johnathan recognition for his efforts.

First visit with company and it went very well. Keenan was very knowledgeable and friendly. Found the problem with my furnace quickly and did maintenance as well.
Hebee and Dario installed a sensor for the leak in our Aprilaire humidifier. We no longer have to worry about our carpet getting flooded thanks to these competent guys!!! Thanks!!
Manny arrived and serviced our new Daikin Heat Pump. He started by asking if there was any concern about its performance so he could address problems during the routine service. He was polite, focused, capable. He did an exemplary job in all areas.

the team of manny and pebo, with the eagles hat, came to do maintenance on our heat pumps. Our outside compressor was not working and they were very thorough and patient helping restore their operation during this extreme cold weather. Great job!
My winter service was outstanding. Our technician was awesome. Resolved issues with humidifier unit that hasn't been operational for some time. Would highly recommend
