Some hiccups with initial sale/scheduling of new install but owner and his team resolved those quickly. They take customer service very seriously. I was beyond pleased with the installation team and the service after the sale/install. Thank you for a wonderful experience thus far.
I signed up for a heating / cooling maintenance plan. The technician identified several problem spots with the ac system at the first annual check. He took photos and explained the issues. When I said I wanted to follow up, he sent a quote with prices for each separate repair. We scheduled the repairs in a few weeks. The company sent texts and an email to remind me of the appointment. The technician came on time. A second technician helped him level the outside unit. They were polite, friendly and professional. For the last few years, the system could not keep the house cool to match our chosen setting of 76 degrees. Now the air is working well and can handle the setting. We are very pleased
