Gold Oil Heating Plan
During our 18-step precision heating tune-up, we’ll perform a complete carbon monoxide and combustion analysis by NCI protocol. We’ll also evaluate the condition of your air filters, clean washable air filters, and replace disposable air filters up to one inch or with a customer supplied air filter. Before we leave, we’ll take the time to discuss your equipment’s condition and any necessary or recommended repairs. In addition, we’ll also:
- Clean and inspect heat exchanger
- Clean and adjust burner
- Check thermostat
- Clean nozzle assembly
- Test and assess safety and operation controls
- Inspect and clean flue pipe
- Inspect blower motor
- Test and tighten all wiring and connections

During our 18-step precision cooling tune-up, we’ll evaluate the condition of your air filters, clean washable air filters, and replace disposable air filters up to one inch or with a customer supplied air filter. We’ll also clean your condensate drain trap to protect against overflow and inspect for signs of leakage. Before we finish, we’ll discuss your equipment’s condition and any necessary or recommended repairs. In addition, we’ll also:
- Lubricate all moving parts as necessary
- Connect gauges
- Record operating pressures and temperatures
- Clean outdoor condenser coil
- Inspect blower motor
- Inspect blower wheel
- Measure temperature of return and supply air
- Safety test all controls for proper operation
- Measure voltage and amperage in all motors
- Test for worn bearings

Annual tune-ups can be scheduled at any point during the service plan year. We’ll follow up with you to schedule the tune-up services through postcard reminders and phone calls.
