Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in service and repair of residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• HVAC system experience and knowledge to include; central air conditioning, heat pumps, gas and oil furnaces
• Solid communication skills
• Able to follow instructions and work well as part of a team
• Excellent verbal skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Energetic personality
• Well organized and ability to work independently
• Possess required tools
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s license and Insurable by company insurance carrier
• Clear background & pre-employment screening
• EPA certification

• Replace, modify, and/or install warm air furnaces, air conditioners, duct distribution systems, boilers, water heaters, and related piping and electrical to meet or exceed the manufacturer’s recommendations and local codes
• Can startup installed equipment and adjust to the manufacturers and job specification
• Can troubleshoot, adapt, and resolve/repair all issues that arise during an installation that would keep the equipment from functioning properly
• Communicate with the consumer regarding the proper operation and owner’s maintenance of the installed equipment. Answer related questions as to operation, features, and functions to the homeowner
• Perform required documentation for each installation with a complete startup record. Have client sign necessary paper work and collect payments as directed

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of HVAC field experience
• EPA Certified or willing to obtain through our in-house program
• Clear background & pre-employment screening
• Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license
• High school diploma or equivalent

• Be willing to follow and assist the assigned mentor, learning and preparing for becoming a tech
• Eventually provide routine maintenance, cleaning, and inspection of warm air furnaces, air conditioners, duct distribution systems, water heaters, and related piping and electrical
• Assist consumers by providing information on options for improved operations of the HVAC equipment
• Able to identify and report all issues that would keep the equipment from functioning properly
• Communicate to the customer on the proper operation and owner’s maintenance of the installed equipment. Answer related questions from the customer on operation, features, and function of the installed equipment
• Perform required documentation for each call, recording recommendations, repairs, accurate readings and observations. Have client sign necessary paper work and collect payments as directed
