Dane and Jordy called 30 min prior to arrival - 7:30am on New Years Eve. Then arrived exactly at 8. Dane had previously serviced my unit and was familiar with my furnace. I had Zack come service both of my units on January 2. Zack was very knowledgeable, clean, respectful. He answered all the questions that I had. He worked in a timely manner was very polite and I'm very pleased with his performance.

I highly recommend Zack to anyone. And I will request him the next time my units need service. I've been with Jack Lehr Heating & Cooling for over 20 years. And this is one of the main reasons why I stay with them. The customer service is outstanding from The people answering the phones to the technicians that come out to the homes.

We hand a mini split system installed two years ago. The installation, system and customer service are excellent. The install comes with annual servicing and Heebee came earlier this week. He was very helpful and checked all the units and the outdoor unit. I believe that since they are employee owned that they really take pride in their work. If you are looking to get rid of a dirty expensive oil burner this is the company to call!
