Keystone Home Energy Loan Program

A Special Program for Pennsylvania Homeowners to Finance Energy Saving Home Improvements! A new program for Pennsylvania Homeowners in January 2006, made possible in part by the Pennsylvania Treasury Department & AFC First Financial Corp. The Keystone Home Energy Loan Program (HELP), available to consumers only for work performed by Approved Contractor/Dealers, is fast and simple, preferred rate financing with special low rates for ENERGYSTAR® and other qualifying improvements exclusively for Pennsylvania homeowners. All Pennsylvania homeowners who are making qualifying improvements to their primary residence or second home are eligible. Good credit and the ability to repay are required, however all income levels are eligible.

What Improvements Can Be Financed?

The Keystone HELP program is for ENERGYSTAR™ rated and other high efficiency and renewable energy improvements. All work can be financed if at least 65% of the project is comprised of ENERGYSTAR™ rated Electric, Gas and Oil (84% AFUE) Heating and Air Conditioning Systems and related work! We carry a complete line of ENERGYSTAR rated gas & Oil heating units & Air Conditioning Systems that qualify under the Keystone HELP program guidelines!

• Get an estimate for qualifying improvements from Jack Lehr Electric.
• Complete the Keystone HELP Retail Installment Agreement provided to you by your Approved Contractor (Jack Lehr Electric).
• Keystone HELP will dispurse your loan directly to us when the work is done to your satisfaction
